The meter service charge is SAR 5 a month for most homes (meters up to 20 mm).
Example: 35 m³
- 15 m³ × 0.15 = 2.25
- 15 m³ × 1.50 = 22.50
- 5 m³ × 4.50 = 22.50
- Meter charge: 5.00
- VAT 15%: 7.84
- Total: SAR 60.09
