How to use the image resizer
- Drop an image onto the box, or tap Choose image.
- Type a new width or height in pixels, or tap a quick size such as 50%.
- Choose the format and quality, then tap Resize and download.
With Keep proportions on, changing one side updates the other. For example, a 4000 × 3000 photo resized to 1200 pixels wide becomes 1200 × 900.

Always check the exact size a website or form asks for, as requirements vary.
Pixels and printing
For good print quality, aim for about 300 pixels per inch. A 1200-pixel-wide image prints sharply at about 4 inches (10 cm) wide.
Resize, then compress
Smaller dimensions are the most effective way to reduce file size. If the file still needs to be smaller, run it through the image compressor.
