How to use it

  1. Enter your total Eidiya budget.
  2. Add each child with their age.
  3. Choose equal shares or more for older children, and how to round.

Example

A budget of SAR 500 for three children aged 4, 8 and 12, split by age and rounded to 5:

Child Eidiya
Age 4 80
Age 8 165
Age 12 250

That’s 495 given, with 5 left over.

Eidiya splitter: common questions

How much Eidiya should I give?

There’s no fixed amount; it depends on your budget and family customs. The splitter makes sure what you give is shared fairly.

How does “more for older children” work?

Each child’s share is weighted by age, so a 12-year-old gets three times what a 4-year-old does.

Why round the amounts?

Rounding to 5, 10 or 50 riyals gives amounts you can actually hand out in notes; anything left over is shown.
